Larry's Cocktails opened way back in 1973 long before the Loop 101 was even a thought (1988). Larry's originally opened as Ruby's Cocktails back then as a place to pull in on your horse and cool off and get a cold one. In the late 70's Larry #1 bought the bar and renamed it to its current moniker Larry's Cocktails. In the middle 1980's Larry #2 bought the bar and also added the wide open patio where customers could enjoy the world class AZ sunsets while they sipped a Brandy Old Fashioned and told tall tales from the work week. When Larry passed he left the bar to his girlfriend Carol who kept Larry's spirit alive through the business that bore his name. Over the years Larry's has been a watering hole for Cowboys, hunters, rodeo men, service men and women, bikers and folks of all ages. People used to ride their horses right into the bar, and you would not be shocked to find a pet goat tied to a bar stool!!! In February 2017 Carol sold the bar to Mistie Kline who plans to keep the Larry's tradition alive and starting the new tradition of being your first stop on your Sunday rides to Cave Creek Larry's Cocktails also plans on being your Phoenix HOME for all biker events, poker runs, and benefits.
